I say a big 'NO' to the idea of recharging separately. Having a net pack for each service is no sensible talk. You need to be realistic about that. When we get all the facilities from a single pack then why should we recharge separately? We live in a country that is still far behind in terms of internet users. At this stage, you should not even think of such things. We need to increase the number of internet users, not decrease them.
Hope my opinion has a point and that you'll re-think about the policy again.
