Dear Sir:

We heard that TRAI is planning to charge for social apps like Whatsapp, facebook, Viber etc. I have just one question. Do we are not paying for the internet already? Why you are making our life more difficult by imposing such rules?? One side your government is dreaming about digital India.. other side you are charging us for that what we are already paying. Don't impose such rules on us. Still more than half of our population don't know what internet is.
