Dear Sir/Madam,

 it seems you are trying to repel smartphone users to pay huge and unnecessary charges to telecom industries for mobile apps.  it's anti-social steps. if TRAI will authorize or support telecom industry in any manner it would like trai is giving  permission for loot.
