how can you do this..........its not fair......... you can't do this its very costly for the people.........don't  separate the internet plane for the internet user.........for the net user its very simple and easy to use at a time for use the whatsup, facebook,goole,online shoping. if you separate the net plane  so your net user its decreasees......and it s not fare..dont do this.
