Dear sir,

i hereby register my disagreement with the proposed new net neutrality which will require separate recharge for different apps.

In india where per capita income is so low no extra burden on common man's pocket is justifiable. Curren scheme is doing well and no of net users are increasing.

this increase in on will compensate for profit that would have been with net neutrality. In a way it is making india more eduacted, techsavy, connected, informed and should not be discouraged
