It's not fair for internet users and smart phone users to pay handsome amount of money to telecom operators for their poor services. Internet plays a vital role nowadays. Compare to other developing countries indian people still get very low internet speed. Currently, data rates of major telecome operators are high in my view. so, there is no question arrising for extra charges for smart phone applications. Finally, i disagree with telecome operators for their demands.
