Please don't do that Indians are not millionaire
Some poor people are using internet
And they r also using WhatsApp and other social networking websites

If you have to do some good things and increase your income,try to decrease rate of your internet pack.

Please watch people condition and then apply new act,if you don't know the condition of india,then see the per capita income of people of India.
I am also coming from poor family that's why I am requesting you don't apply this act.I don't have enough money to spend different recharge of WhatsApp Facebook and all.
Please sir kindly accept capability of lower class and middle class people.
