Respect Net Neutrality. Internet or data is a UTILITY.

The argument of OTT using data to provide services and making profit using TSP infrastructure is absurd. 

Eg 1: The Municipality or any other agencies providing water to us, saying, you cannot do packing in bottled water and sell it to make profit using the water provided from the agencies. Water is a utility and ultimately the agencies cannot control the use of Water by consumers.

Eg 2: Electricity: The agency or provider cannot control for what application the electricity is provided, They cannot say a Inverter/UPS maker is storing electricity provided by them and again generating electricity and making a profit form providing UPS/Inverter.

TSP are providing data/internet.. which is a UTILITY, ESSENTIAL NEED in todays world. they cannot control and charge as per usage.
