Respected Sir,

I hope you are in the pink of health amidst this crisis and chaos created by Carriers like Airtel to charge different rates for different services used. This is totally absurd and will create nothing but profit for them and annoyance for the users. This is like the Government charging people separate rates for how they use water. With Internet becoming a key for any economy, this will definitely hamper the technological progress for India as a country and must be considered seriously. In the US, which is considered a “developed nation” while we are a “developing nation”, a lot of their economy depends on the Internet companies and they recently voted for Net Neutrality when their carriers came up with something similar.

India is a developing nation and we are beginning to see Internet companies finally come out well. At this time, if we hamper the progress of Internet, then our inevitable progress will only be delayed.

So, I kindly request you to consider the fate of the Indian economy, India’ technological progress before you make a decision. I urge you to keep the Internet free and allow users to access all the services under a single price.

Thank You,
Monish Kumar

Thanks and Regards
Monish
