I am a citizen of India and i believe i have the right to raise my voice against anything that is wrong as it is my fundamental right. Telecom companies wanting to charge extra for apps like facebook,whatsapp,skype etc is a matter of great concern after we have paid for our net packs. These apps not only connect people around the world it also helps us in studying too. Being a student i have myself joined various study groups in facebook that really helps me in studying moreover people living far away seems not so far because of these apps. I request TRAI not to give me permission to these telecom companies to charge extra apart from their net packs. Please do consider this.
