Dear Sir/Madam,,

As a citizen of India I am not in favour of the Net Neutrality as proposed by the telecom operators of India. They have copied the concept from America, changed its rules which will benefit them and the customers will be at loss. Moreover even the US is skeptical about it. Not all the telecom operators there are in favour of this. So, as a student who needs internet for my research projects, which are in my curriculum I request you to not allow net neutrality in India and if possible kindly decrease the prices of the net packs.
