Dear sir / madam ,

It comes to my notice that "trai " is going to give permission to charge money for using whtsup , fb , google etc .
Kindly register my objection in this regard. 
This type of permission will definitely not encouraging for people of India. Indian govt should first think about its people instead of making favourable conditions for industries in cost of general people. If you will add charges for the same indian rural development will also affect definitely, as nowadays it is essential for indian growth.
