As the telecom regulator of the nation, I request you to uphold the basic principles upon which the global internet network is identified with since the past many years- neutral. I do not wish to be paying separately for separate services and websites over the network apart from the data usage. It is imperative that the internet remains neutral and free of the so called 'over-the-top' charges.
