Net neutrality is the corner stone of the free internet and is and has been an important & necessary contributor for the success and prevalence of the internet. When India has slowly begun to enter the age of the internet and has been able to make significant strides towards the future in short span, the consultation paper regarding Regulatory Framework for Over-the-top (OTT) services is heavy biased in creating a non-neutral environment. Net neutrality must be protect at any cost.
