Dear TRAI,
I'm writing this letter to inform you about my concern that now a days telecom operators are restricting fair access to the internet which is called Net Neutrality by means of different types of internet packages, i.e. different rates for different internet applications. Since internet is a very important for our rapidly developing country. If we allow telecom operators to discriminate the flow of internet traffic only on the basis of which services pay the most, we are allowing them to take control over a very important resource of our country. We are allowing them to define what information we can view, what entertainment we can access and which companies can innovate. As we can see, how things can be manipulated by them, this is really unfair and harmful for India in the long term.

I'm not requesting you to regulate them so strong as to stop their progress, but we need to ensure fair and equal access to the internet in the form of Net Neutrality, for me and all the citizens of India.

Thanking you.
Regards,
Yogesh Vaity.
