To whomsoever it may concern,

This email is in response to your release OTT-CP-27032015 dated 27th of March, 2015.

The whole reason I pay telecom providers money every month is to gain access to a global network where I am "free" to do, as I like - given, as long as it is within the bounds of law. The point of charging extra for certain services is a non-nonsensical scheme of these corporates which further demonstrates their incompetency in providing fair access despite receiving countless grants and tax relief from the govt. for developing, so-called "advanced", infrastructure for public use (Access to which, I remind you again, is paid for - both direct via bill and indirect via reliefs and subsidies through public money).

A similar debate has been brewing up in a land across a few oceans, known otherwise as the land of the free or more formally as United States of America. The results were quite, to say the least, unsurprising. There is a unanimous consensus among the free public in favor of a free internet. I will not bore you with details, but you can look up "FCC Title II" for more information.

Internet should be "free" because so is India.

By "free", above, I meant - free as in free speech and not necessarily free as in free beer/lunch.
