Sir/Madam,

This law will lead to lot of money wastage for purchasing specific site rights. We the youngsters are on search all the time and are never sure which specific website we will end our search, this would become very frustrating and demotivating in case during the search or while browsing through web pages we end up on a website which is restricted as I haven’t paid separately for this. Also web is something whose usage graph changes every hour or minute for an individual. We will end purchasing and wasting a lot of money on some specific websites which we believe that will be required but may never use.

Please consider this before making any legal decision.
