I hear that there is a move to attack the very foundation of net neutrality by regulating OTT application/service providers and introducing differential pricing for these services.This will set India back in a way that no other single government policy or legislation can. Net neutrality is at the very core of the Internet and is as sacred as any of our fundamental rights enshrined in the Constitution.

I implore you to ensure that it is not tampered with in any way. I don't think that the citizens of this country will sit around idly if the Government decides to mess around with it.
