Dear sir
I have been on internet since internet started on 56kbps
modem, I have used yahoo messenger chat during the initial times (successfully
too). I have used skype other messenger services too. Computer to computer data
chat (voice and video too) were not chargeable separately and was charged on
regular data rates.
Now that the computer which was on the table has come to the
palm and integrated with the telephone, should not dictate TRAI to disturb the
net neutrality. Even if we use whatsapp calling or skype calling we have the
data lag issue and both calling and receiving parties pay for data
by which the network operator are getting paid.
In my humble opinion the net neutrality must be maintained.
