I am a citizen of Independent India and want to have my rights. Then anyway no can snatch our freedom over the internet. Some big companies are losing a certain percentage of their revenues due to internet boost that does not mean that they can axe our internet freedom and access to the content of our choice. Today they are trying provide premium pricing for certain OTPs but no one can assure that in near future they will deal with some certain company and throttle down our access to other similar business operating websites. It will be a big concern for all Indians. As per the statistics India is the fastest growing country in the world in terms of Internet users, so if Internet users are increasing rapidly then the argument for the revenue of those companies are just fake and as similar as fowl's cry. 

AS YOU ARE THE HEAD OF THE TELECOM REGULATION PLEASE MAINTAIN THE "NET NUTRALITY" IN INDIA 

This is very much needed to make sure the freedom over the internet. Or we all are going to face a big tragedy in India with respect to Internet Service and users. Most of the people in India still cannot bear the cost of 3G, if premium OTPs comes into play then you are intelligent enough to know the consequences of this.
