Dear Sir/Madam,

 

Recently reading in newspapers that NN is under threat from Telcos because of 3rd party Tools like Whatsapp, Viber, etc.

While these apps are very useful, TSPs trying to block/slowdown/charge consumers for usage is unfair. Let us take an example: Electricity - Do electric companies charge consumers based on what appliances they have at home - 2-star, 3-star, etc., whether it's Katrina selling Panasonic AC or consumer using Godrej? Get the drift?

a) TSPs are talking about losses! OMG! it's like pot calling the kettle black. Loss of revenues to Telcos will kill innovation and should not be bar to progress

b) NN laws have been enacted in Netherlands and other countries without TSPs going into losses OR for that matter any of them shutting down!

c) If ruling is made in favor of such frivolous of said regulation, these are anti-development and Modi Sarkaar has promised us development all along, so why this discrimination in air waves?
