Hi,

I would like to register my opinion on regulation of OTT services. ever since these services have come up, communications have become very easy. Then why are we considering to go back into stone age?

As far as internet service providers' reviews are concerned, I am sure many people DO NOT use OTT facilities of calling while on the move as the internet connection is bad and use their service providers' regular services only. 

Please do not let this nightmare into a reality.
