This is with regards to the Net Neutrality agitation, and the subsequent FCC ruling.
I am strongly against the licencing of internet services as this will open up the gates of discrimation on uncountable bases.
The telecoms are proposing and promoting this only to increase their bottom-line. However, this should not be done at the cost of a common consumer. This is absolutely unacceptable and the government should not hamper the consumer and he should not be charged or restricted wrt the services he wishes to use.
