Sir, I read somewhere that Telcos are pushing for OTT citing revenue losses. 
I'd request you to put customers first like TRAI has always done. Please donot heed to their demands. 
Internet is penetrating deep into our society because it's cheaper. Please donot kill internet in its budding age in India.
