As an Indian citizen, I urge TRAI to NOT allow telecos to regulate OTT services. Reasonable and fast access to such services is very important for a developing country like ours, especially as mobile internet becomes widely available in rural regions. The losses to TRAI would be small compared to the benefit for the country. Also, net neutrality is a growing trend around the world, following feedback from the common people.
