Dear sir/madam,

Internet freedom and net neutrality are an integral part of democracy especially in a developing economy like India. It would be in the better interest of the citizens if you did not allow Telecom companies to implement differential pricing and barriers for OTT services. Moreover, increasing the revenue of these companies should not come at the cost of progress and implementation of such regulation is not what I expect from the government. Net neutrality laws have already been passed in countries like the Netherlands after considerable agitation. We need similar laws in India too.
It is essential that you prevent such regulation from taking advantage of the citizens and I hope that you will keep our best interests in mind while arriving at a decision.
