I been hearing that you are trying to allow telecom companies to charge us extra for certain apps that uses internet apart from the initial internet offer amount.
In my opinion this is not how a developing country like our can progress. It would be like helping the personal interest of telecom giants, and that is not your duty. Your duty is to stand by the citizen of India for their support.

I hope you will do the needful to stop any such moves
