Dear Sir/Madam/Fellow Indian,

For a growing country like ours, what we would need is a healthy way to communicate, an unfettered means of exchanging ideas and medium to inculcate our ever growing generation of students with international ethics, knowledge and skills.

Internet as a whole was invented for free communication and information exchange. Though regulations are inevitable so as to protect our nations interests with respect to security , a regulation like Net Neutrality will chain the entire concept of Internet and use it for aiding profitability of certain corporations.

The addition of net neutrality brings in a plethora of ways for these ISPs to generate revenue. This would restrict me and you and our fellow countrymen from accessing the real internet. The internet which was meant to create a free passage for people to exchange ideas, to be in touch with one another, to develop one-selves along with others.

Rather than investing more in researching new arrays in revenue , these corporations and ISPs are using free internet as a scapegoat. A wealthy scapegoat that would excuse them from being competitive.

As you and I already know, our country is developing and taking in new strides to be one of the worlds top economies. For this stride to continue, we need freedom in every aspect of our growth and that is where the internet comes in. Students , universities, professors, kids , me and you ; we all need to empower ourselves and fight for free internet.

I humbly request you to keep the internet free and this is my bold NO to Net Neutrality. This is not what we, India as a nation need at this point in time.  I would suggest reading the URL and get to know the CONS http://netneutrality.in/

Thanks for reading.

PLEASE consider my request. I am not alone, We are together in this. Together for freedom. Together for the future of our great nation.

Jai Hind!

Your Brother, Friend, Fellow Indian.
