Respected Sir/ Madam,

I am one of millions of internet user in India. I don't really understand the technicalities of net neutrality. From what I little know of this net neutrality, I can say it make little sense to charge extra to access particular website or slowing down access to particular website. It not only affect individual internet users but also affect the governments idea of Digital India.

I hope sense will prevail over this issue.
