As per your notice to public i would like to put my view on net neutrality infront of you. Net neutrality is not only a term its my right. As you well know telephone companies already costs alot for ney packs , as they have to provide it in less money. This is not like demand and generation of other products. Its must be like less users net pack costy and more usrs cheaper net packs.
Now about net neutrality, it is like my municipal corporation provide me water through its system. But i can spend that water as per municipal charges . If I use it for car washing its cheaper cause very few people have cars , if I use it for washing clothes its cost more as people consume it for also but if i drink that water i have to pay very much.
Please think on this scenario as many people due to availability of net expanding their online businesses but if companies charge to visit their apps how Make In India going to work.
