I strongly oppose the move of the service providers.

It simply tantamount to cartalisation.

 Also when I subscribe to the net pack Post paid category, I have to pay for that amount irrespective of the fact  of the usage. To say in case I have subscribed to 18 GB pack with data speed of 4 GB, in case my use is less than 18 GB I am charged for 18 GB.

So it should be left to me  as to how I use the pack.

The move by the telecom services providers is in no way neutrality but using their power to their advantage.
