Sir

I am a student from Delhi and rely on internet for my basic educational needs.
With Net Neutrality, i am free to view any website i want without any
hassles or without any fear of paying to view a particular website or
using a service.
With net neutrality gone, there will be no free speech, no exploration.
To put it in simple words, people who cant pay for services would be
like caged birds, with some birds having access to more fruit and
freedom than the others.
Our country has already gone through a lot of social inequality,
please don't let internet become another ground for disparities.
Internet was created for welfare of people, now that it is bearing
fruits, it would not be wise to cut off the people from accessing the
internet.

With the ISPs in charge of the internet, they could rule our lives,
decide what we should do and what not to and can even charge us hefty
amounts even for visiting basic websites. With all the jobs now
becoming related to computers or involving something related to
computers, controlling internet can be disastrous in this way.I cant
imagine sending someone an E-Mail in America, only to know that the
price to send an E-mail was similar to that a Courier Service would
take. It would take away economic opportunities as well as trade
opportunities from the youth, which can cause hindrance in the
development of our nation.

An Anti-Net Neutrality Law would lead to demoralization and loss of a
huge privilege for the people. I would like you to review net
neutrality and i hope that the decision to regulate OTTs or to bring
any service under the licensed framework would be reconsidered as this
can lead to a completely different way of living life - without
freedom,without rights.

I really want Net Neutrality to stay the way it has always been. I am
hoping for a favourable consideration.

Regards
Saamarth
