Dear sir,

The current condition of internet in India is very poor. Cost is very high as compared to data and speed. Currently I am spending more on internet than calling. If you put more limits by net neutrality than surely it will restrict the growth of internet in India. As now everything goes online like govt services, e-com, medical services, education etc. if you put restrictions on data use than you are going to restrict the over all growth of India.
