Dear TRAI officials,

First of all i would like to express my hearty thanksgiving for undisturbed and unobstructed internet and broadband services that are provided by your network services providers( which in fact are not even worthy to mention).
Being and end user and a consumer, I am charged too high for internet that is extra slow in speed that is not even comparable to the bandwidth in other countries similar in GDP to India.

At first TRAI came up with messages limits, which was already a burden to indian popluation. Thanks to Whatsapp and other mobile apps like We chat, hike and viber that performed really well. So what they are creating a loss to internet service providers business module. After-all they should be going in loss for the pathetic internet they provide for peak tariffs. Something has to come up, an option. It is good if young developers from the countries are coming up with solutions that your old school business models can't stand up against. They are making this world more simpler to live. And developed economies, by understanding this fact has came in favor of net neutrality. Though their population density of app users wasn't even a match for a country like India.

Authorities like you have variants to go into, multiple options to adopt for. Yet what have you chosen? Charge extra for services which are already being paid for a tortoise like internet speed! Shameful!

Your main concern is the loss of revenue for existent big service providers, yet you haven't even considered a single thought for start up businesses and youngsters who thrive on internet neutrality.

Having been paid too high for non-existent quality of service in an underdeveloped economy, I as a common user reject this non helpful, impractical decision of charging extra for OTT apps and other services like it.

Regards.
