Dear Sir,

I would like you to consider the following before arriving at any conclusion on the regulatory framework for OTT services:

1. I pay my TSP for the data services that I use. I don't pay them to restrict or facilitate my data usage to sites or services as they see fit.

2. OTT services represent innovation and benefit to the users. Coming down on it heavy handedly will not only stifle innovation but will also knock us back into the era that the earlier Governments are best known for.

In summary , pl dont regulate what did not need to be regulated in the first place
