Being an Indian, I couldn't stop myself commenting on the issue of net neutrality policy change. 

First of all I strongly disagree for any change on this. But if it is required, we can put filter for useless sites. For example Pornography etc.

It should be explained clearly to Internet service providers(ISP) that daily use sites/contents should not be filtered such as social media( facebook, twitter, Whatsapp, Skype, Google Hangout etc),email services (gmail, yahoo etc) news, entertainment(youtube etc).

Please consider these points before taking any final decision.
