Respected Sir,

From recent media articles, I have come to know that Airtel, Vodafone and various other ISPs are planning on bringing some fundamental changes to the way we use internet.

In simple words, Airtel and Vodafone will make the more common applications free while charging money for the new and upcoming ones. As a result, it would be next to impossible for a next facebook or flipkart to come up in this country - we would be stuck to older technologies while the world marches forward.

This would destroy the creativity and innovation the internet is known for but would generate guaranteed perennial revenues for the big fish.

I strongly urge you to stop them from doing something like this and hurt our countries chances of becoming the cradle of next generation internet technologies.
