Hello,

My self Prashant Mehta. I want to make my point, if I am providing any service to my customer Example: if I am a Hotelier & providing food to my customer then my customer eat whole food at hotel or He/She order parcel for home or may be to give a bagger sitting on roadside its not my look out. As what my duty is to provide A1 quality food to my customers.

Like wise these telecom companies provide their services to their customers. Now the customers have right to utilize the services provided by the companies. If customers using internet for watching videos, Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, gmail, Skype call or Whatsapp call that is their choice. I don't think that any telecom company should interfere in it. Further more our telecom companies have gained profit in thousands of crore rupee, then why they are bagging for more & more.

If I am the service provider, I'll provide my services as it is it was. What I have surveyed, those persons who are not utilizing mobile internet are now started utilizing mobile internet just because Facebook & Whatsapp. Now Whatsapp has started calling facility & due to this more & more customers are attracted so big profit these companies have. But these companies want huge profit which is lose to customers. Government must not allow any argument from these telecom companies, if Government is seriously thinking for customers.

With Regards,
Prashant Mehta
