Dear sir,

We are averege middle class earners and the Internet has made our lives little easier. We are also able to help in our own way and limitations many other people who dont  have an access to the WWW. It would effect an internet user like me and we dont want TRAI to regulate OTTs or bring any services under a license framework. TRAI should support net neutrality and not the greedy telcos. We are already sucked deep within our pockets and lives.
