I support net neutrality. Differential pricing and speeds on different speeds is like turning the availability of the Internet to an ala-carte menu. This is nothing but a curb on the usage of Internet. This step would cause people in remote areas/villages in India (with already LIMITED access to the internet) to have a more limited access, as they will have to pay more for different websites. Please keep it neutral TRAI. 

This decision will have drastic effects on the outreach of information via Internet to the users in India. Please stop this.
