Dear Sir
In reference to above subject, I as student, request you to not change the rules of net neutrality. As Internet is the only cheap medium where student like me can get answers of our problems easily. There are many videos, literary texts available online which helps me study and understand concepts of my course.
In todays world even education is not cheap so please before mandating any rules also consider students of developing and growing nation. We need net to develop our capabilities and plus its the only way even poor people of India can educate themselves.
It is my humble request you to please do not change our internet rules so that some telecom companies can fill their vault and we empty ours little savings and even get the chance to make our vaults.
