To whomever it may concern,

 I had been hearing news that there is going to be charges against usage of certain websites and how they would effect the costs of internet in India. As many developing and developed countries are going in a direction of providing free internet to their citizens, I think what Indian government is trying to implement is totally ridicule idea. As we saw in countries like USA, this had raised the monopoly of telecom companies and lower speeds of internet and the agitation of the citizens had led to getting 'Net neutrality' back. I think it is better not implement any rules against it which could avoid so much agitation from the citizens. In conclusion, I think internet plays a vital role in the education of society, which is a priceless quality and it need to be Net neutral.
