It was good of you to ask people to speak up, give their opinions on the net neutrality policy you would be coming up with. My views are below:

1. A bit is a bit, no matter if it is coming from whattsapp or www.airtel.com. So please treat them the same. 

2. I agree that the ISPs have spent a  great deal on infrastructure. But it is wrong business model to charge me to get extra for using a service. I am already paying for the data connection. 

3. It would also kill innovation.
