I am a normal user of internet on various devices (majorly mobile phone) and I request you to enforce Net Neutrality rules and do not allow Telecos to divide the rates according to the usage and websites. I have read your page through various sites and also on your official site and what I understand is the Telecos are losing out on traditional call tariffs but they are gaining much more on the data packs as they are already implying very high rates. India is not so developed nation that it holds free wifi in the whole of city, so ultimately the people are dependent on the Telecos. Please don't let them use illegaly the dependency of a common man in this new way of going against the Net Neutrality.

I stand with the Net Neutrality and against the Telecos's mindset of dividing the internet services and making it much costlier.
