Dear sir/madam,

I am Muralidhar, a citizen of India. I am writing this in response to the Consultation Paper on Regulatory Framework for Over-the-Top (OTT) Services

I understand that Telcos want to charge me for online services that others (edX, Coursera, Udacity, OCW, Skype, YouTube...) provide for free. And they complain that they are losing money because someone is able to push some really meaningful/useful content through their networks.
This is too bad, isn't it? But wait, how about closing the network and going out of business? This is what people do when their business makes nothing but losses. Please sir, don't sell the country's freedom to a bunch of business houses -- remember that is exactly what we did back when East India Company came here.
Hope you see the significance of Net Neutrality in our country.

Thanks and regards,

Muralidhar Kamidi
