Dear TRAI,
I want to explain why net neutrality is needed same as basic need for net user in India.

1) Security Concerns : Without Net-Neutrality, Telecoms would be given rights to monitor each packet and its data, which would breach the privacy freedom of every user. SC allows every Indian his/her privacy.

2) Education Impacts : Without Net-Neutrality, Teelcoms would charge higher for education sites like Wikipedia, Google, Yahoo etc. They would be also free to charge these service providers which would be passed on to end user by this way or that. Students would be sure get effected.

3) Farmers who are now getting to know how to use technologies for their cultivation using farmer.gov.in, mkisan.gov.in, indianfarmers.or etc sites may get poor to no bandwidth by Telecoms.

4) Impact on self-researchers : Self motivated researchers use internet to collect information do various researches with the help of it, if they got restricted to use any website they want, how would come they research more?

5) SMEs which would try to expand their business would be in a bad condition when asked to pay for the bandwidth their website need. If they dont pay then their websites would be far from the reach of end customers.

Finally, above listed and many other with more priority must be taken into consideration and Net-Neutrality should be remained as it is.

Thanks
Peeyush Kumar
