Hello sir

I came to know that TRAI is seeking suggestions on throttling certain sites by giving such powers to ISP. 

I strongly object to any such move. We are a developing country and net neutrality should be maintained like in USA. Any move to help ISP would discourage new startups. 

Strongly recommend to study net neutrality and its benefits rather give into the demands of ISP whose sole motive is to increase profits.
