Dear sir,

I read about the issue on twitter and did some more research on the subject.
After going into depth on the subject I have concluded that personally I would be PRO to net neutrality.
It is plain discrimination against other services.  Sir/Madam the only reason we are using services is because they price to be cost effective. Now if that particular service was paid it would just be unfair to the users..

I vote IN FAVOUR OF NET NEUTRALITY
