Dear sir,

Internet is driving force for bringing poorest of the poor living in rural areas of India into mainstream.  Any kind of restriction on use of internet will discourage users to use this facility and thereby deny them opportunity of becoming an informed and more responsible citizen.  I am in favour of keeping net neutrality.
