This mail is against the changing the rules in net neutrality by the  TRAI(Telecom Regulatory Authority Of India). Since India being a developing nation need not pay extra charges for using the social network. A country like India where today also all its people are unaware of internet would be greatly affected by such decision . Also this would affect the lower and middle class adversely.

So the changes in the net neutrality need not be implemented at this moment of urbanisation of our country.
